Johannesburg has an exclusive Trade day on the first day of the exhibition, where Buyers are admitted by invitation only, or subject to presentation of adequate business identification. Introducing the Trade Buyers to the Exhibitors on neutral territory at Hobby-X makes their sourcing and purchasing tasks much easier.

On all other days, Hobby-X Johannesburg is open to the public. Visitors from the general public include craftsmen, hobby enthusiasts, collectors, entrepreneurs, etc.
By having a two-pronged approach, Trade and Consumer, we enable Exhibitors to target their marketing to the Trade Buyers, while generating brand awareness and building brand loyalty amongst consumers.
